In detail...
A member residing in the Caribbean began to experience severe back pain.
Although it would have been possible to have sent the member to the USA for treatment it was felt that it would be more cost effective in this case for the member to go to the UK.
Repatriation took place on a scheduled flight for which BUPA International fully reimbursed the member.
